Aloe Vera: Grind one fresh leaf of aloe vera and have it in the morning. Be careful not to swallow more than a quarter cup a day.
Flax seed: Flax seeds are great natural laxatives. Add one tablespoon of flax seeds in a cup of boiling water. Wait for 15 minutes till the water cools down. Drink the water alongwith the seeds once a day.

An apple after a meal: Make a habit of eating an apple after lunch (preferably) every day. Apples are a great source of fibre and are very effective when it comes to clear bowels. It also improves digestion.
