Over the years society has made some standards and status. Sadly wealth is the medium to measure that standard. Society encourages people to live up to that standard. If you are not living up to that standard, they would look down on you. If you live above the standard they will appreciate. Your standard is based on your wealth. If you have wealth, you can cover up any other impurity within you. You may lead a immoral life. If you have wealth no one would point his finger against you. Because they fear the wealth. We taught our children how to live up to the standard of society. But we forget to tell them that the purpose of life is to complete the journey happily and peacefully. Society is setting new standards every day. We are running after money to reach the standard. When reach that standard, we see that the society is created another standard. Which needs more money and efforts. Again we set out to reach that standard. We did many things which we regret at the end to attain that standard that society has set before us. Sadly, we forget our purpose of the journey.
